This Confidentiality Policy is an official document of the Iteca Exhibitions LLC Foreign Enterprise (hereinafter referred to as the Organiser) and shall be applicable to this website.
The requirements of this Policy shall apply to the user's entire information which can be available to the Organiser during the user's visiting the website and which can refer to that particular user. This Policy shall be applicable to the websites of the Organiser's exhibition projects.
The Organiser shall process your personal data in order to provide you with the Website Services necessary for your visiting the exhibitions and other events organised by the Organiser.
The Organiser shall collect only those personal data that are necessary for registration at the exhibitions and other events as a visitor or exhibitor, and that you indicate in the registration form or the Application Agreement for a particular event, including the following:
Full name;
E-mail address;
Contact phone number;
Name of Company you work for;
Position held, profession, occupation;
Address.
The scope of personal data processing may include the personal data collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, adjustment (update, change), retrieval, use, transfer, depersonalisation, blocking, deletion, or erasure by the Organiser, provided that such actions do not contradict the legislation or run against the morals and customs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
In case you are a company representative, your entering the personal data into the Application Agreement can also confirm your consent to include your personal data in the register of entities willing to receive information about organisation and holding advertising, promotional, marketing, and exhibition events by the Organiser.
The Organiser reserves the right to use anonymised information relating to the data you specified when filling in the Application Agreement.
The Organiser shall not verify the authenticity of the name and contact information provided in the registration, or collect information about the website visitors and participants gained from other sources, such as, public registers, directories of individuals or legal entities.
The Organiser shall not sell or disclose user's personal data to anyone.
The Organiser has the right to communicate user's personal data to third parties provided only that:
you give your consent to disclosure of such data (including to those exhibitors participating in the Organiser's exhibition events);
you cannot use a needed product or service without such disclosure;
such disclosure is required by the local or international in force and/or by government authorities, in due course of law;
you violate our User Agreement or those User Agreements made under the projects of the Organiser's partners.
In case you have registered for an exhibition or other event as a visitor, the Organiser shall have the right to transfer the information you specified on the website to the exhibitors participating in exhibitions and events for which you had previously registered or visited. During the registration, you will be provided with a list of exhibitors (participants) of the exhibition or event for which you are registering.
You shall take into consideration the fact that all the exhibitors taking part in the Organiser's exhibition events act independently from the Organiser and do not act on behalf or at the direction of the Organiser.
The Organiser shall not bear responsibility for disclosure of your personal data by exhibitors or for other inappropriate actions taken by exhibitors that could affect your data. The Organiser, however, shall use all reasonable efforts to ensure the safety and confidentiality of your personal data while their being processed by exhibitors, as well as preclude any wrongful handling your data.
The Organiser provides users with the opportunity to clarify or withdraw their consents to processing of their personal data at any time by sending an e-mail to company, or by sending a request by post to the address of the Organiser's office.
The user shall also have the right to seek information related to processing of the user's personal data by writing to the addresses specified, in accordance with the law "On Personal Data".
On the Organiser's websites, there can be found links to third parties- websites. These links are for reference only, and the Organiser shall not be responsible for personal data policies posted on such websites. Any time you visit/use such websites, you ought to closely study the applicable policies posted thereon.
Cookie is a small text file stored on the user's computer to remember stateful information at the user's site.
The Organiser shall use session cookies only that will be deleted upon your closing the web browser.
On the website, Cookies are used to simplify web-surfing (to store your browsing history information thereby simplifying your visits every time you return to the website).
Most browsers allow control the use of cookies by means of imbedded features or special plug-ins, including the options as to accept or reject cookies, and also suggest ways to delete them.
You can configure most browsers so as to receive notifications of receiving cookies or blocking their reception.
The Organiser shall not match the information stored in cookies to the personal data you provide on the website forum.
The Organiser shall process the HTML request information (access of your computer to the website), for no purpose other than statistical purpose and website optimization.
While processing HTML request, the following data can be recorded:
Access date and time;
Host name or IP address;
Browser type and user's operating system;
URL links to the previous requests to the website.
This information can be stored both on the web server of the website in its logs and in specialised statistical systems designed for click stream analysis (counters, web analytics (for example, Google Analytics)).
The Organiser undertakes to make reasonable and necessary measures to protect the information from unauthorized access and disclosure.
The Organiser has the right to make amendments in the Confidentiality Policy. In case of essential modifications, the Organiser undertakes to inform its users of such modifications.
